Customer loyalty program
A flexible and customizable loyalty system is available for customers. This system can be tailored differently for individual flights or remain consistent. The passenger's account showcases their purchase history and bonus accruals. Customers have the flexibility to utilize their accumulated bonuses at their convenience, only needing to cover the necessary fare difference for the ticket.
Voluntary ticket return via incentives
The system can automatically process refunds based on the carrier's regulations through its operator. Alternatively, passengers can request refunds using bonuses from their account, which can be utilized towards their next ticket purchase.

Progressive payment for tickets
With carrier approval, the agency can issue the ticket by collecting an upfront payment equivalent to the agency's commission from the passenger.
The remaining amount, which is the sum the passenger needs to pay, will be visible to the driver via the application and in the passenger list.
Fiscalization of the application is discretionary.

Hard and soft seating blocks
Assign exclusive sales territories to your agents.
With a limited number of available slots, the agent bears full responsibility for any unsold slots, irrespective of the cause of non-sale.
The agent incurs the financial losses.
A soft quota is set with deadlines during which an agent can potentially give up the quota or part of it due to unsold seats. These conditions allow the carrier or its other agents to resell these seats.
